Our Process

Discovery

ep 1.png
  • Our team reviews your submitted Interest Form and we meet with you for an introductory consultation.

  • We review any specific grant applications you are seeking support with and any existing organizational materials that may be relevant to the grant process.

  • We deliver a price quote to you, finalize the projected scope of work and both parties sign a contract to begin.

Research

ep 1 (2).png
  • Fully assess existing materials and the grant’s requirements to identify what areas need additional research, supplemental materials, or data collection

  • Conduct all additional research and in partnership with the client, gather necessary materials & data

Writing

ep 1 (1).png
  • We write each designated grant section to meet the funder’s requirements

  • If additional questions arise during the process, we work closely with you to answer them and ensure the submission is of the highest possible quality.

Review

ep 1 (4).png
  • We meet with you, your project lead or your team to make sure the information in the proposal/submission is accurate and current.

Submission

ep 1 (3).png
  • We can either support you throughout the submission process or (depending on the grant requirements) submit it on your behalf.

  • We will support you in weighing the benefits of each for your particular situation, but this will be decided in the discovery phase and agreed on in the contract.

***Please note, if you are a brand new organization, we may conclude in the discovery phase that your organization is not yet ready with the necessary elements/documented experience

Project Pricing

Projects will vary in price depending on the following components:

  • Billable hours

  • The complexity of grant requirements

  • Whether it is a repeat submission or a new one

  • History and experience of the organization

  • Existing program materials

  • The overall scope of work and our role in it

(i.e. Are we serving as project managers for the complete grant process? Is the client doing the submission and we are supporting research and writing? Are we editing/improving an already drafted application?)
