For over fifteen years, Sarah has gained extensive experience in the non-profit, education, and community development sectors. Since founding Elevate Purpose in 2018, Sarah has supported clients across the U.S. to develop new organizations from the ground up, revitalize existing programs, and create competitive grant portfolios. She leads organizing efforts for a statewide organization, supports its affiliates to improve stakeholder engagement strategies, and develops membership supports. Sarah has managed multi-year, multi-million dollar federally funded grants and designed dynamic agency programs to meet and exceed grant expectations. She has collaborated on youth advocacy initiatives for agencies at the city, state, and national levels. Sarah has led operations oversight, supervised teams of staff, managed organizational budgets/grant reporting, spearheaded robust partnership development, and built coalitions working toward a common goal. Prior to serving in non-profit leadership, Sarah served as an educator in Philadelphia schools for seven years, creating innovative collaborative projects where community partners and corporations invested resources and time with her students. Sarah continues to periodically teach courses as an adjunct professor on topics such as Workplace Culture, Writing, and Group Dynamics.
Payton specializes in Marketing and Business Analytics. She successfully designed and launched a Social Media Marketing Campaign reaching over 30,000 people and increasing sales substantially. She has worked with a local restaurant to grow their following and markedly expand engagement on their platforms. On behalf of a large national company, Payton has managed all Social Media posts, stories, and comments. She creates dynamic PR reports for clientele to track customer engagement. Additionally, Payton focuses on client outreach, promotions of product offers, large event planning, new customer cultivation and design of custom graphics, fliers, & logos.
Miles is a digital producer at Super Three TV studios - a media production company based in Richmond, Virginia.
